Lisa Perry
Executive Director

Lisa Perry is the Executive Director for the Connecticut Foundation for Dental Outreach and the Connecticut Mission of Mercy Free Dental Clinic.

Lisa graduated summa cum laude with her bachelor’s degree from the Fones School of Dental Hygiene at the University of Bridgeport.

Lisa has been a member of the dental community since 2000. She has worked many roles in dentistry from dental assistant, executive administrator, and dental hygienist. Lisa began as a volunteer for the 2013 Connecticut Mission of Mercy Free Dental Clinic in Bridgeport and served as the Sterilization Co-Lead since 2014.

She was the 2026 recipient of the Connecticut Oral Health Initiative’s Howard I. Mark Award for her commitment to delivering high-quality oral healthcare for Connecticut’s most underserved residents. Lisa continues to advocate for oral health equity through her work at CFDO and the Connecticut Oral Health Advocacy Coalition.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with Maya, her silver Labrador Retriever, traveling with friends, and staying active while instructing fitness classes.
