Donating to the Foundation
Give the Gift of a Healthy Smile
Your gift, no matter the amount, will make a difference in treating thousands of Connecticut’s underserved and uninsured.
For every dollar donated, we are able to provide $5–$7 of free oral health care to our state’s neediest citizens.
Your contribution to the Connecticut Foundation for Dental Outreach helps provide free dental programs and services for the under-served, through the CTMOM Free Dental Clinic.
Tributes are a lovely way to recognize a family member, friend, or colleague. Recipients of tributes are notified of your gift.
Memorial donations are an appropriate and significant way to remember a family member, friend, or colleague. Surviving family or friends of your choice are notified of your gift.
You may also donate by mail
